Thin flounder [Arnoglossus thori]
Description
The Thin flounder is a species in the family Bothidae, found in the northeastern Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea. It generally inhabits soft, muddy bottoms in deep waters, usually between 100 and 400 meters. This species has an elongated, thin body, with both eyes on the left side.
