Small-eyed sole [Arnoglossus grohmanni]
Description
The Small-eyed sole is a species of flatfish in the family Bothidae. It is native to the northeastern Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea. This species prefers sandy or muddy bottoms at depths between 20 and 200 meters. It has a small head and small eyes close to each other, hence its name.
