Mediterranean Limpet [Patella caerulea]
Description
The Mediterranean Limpet is found in the Mediterranean Sea and the northeastern Atlantic Ocean. It is similar in shape to the Common Limpet but typically has a more brightly colored shell. The species inhabits rocky shores and feeds on algae.
