Long Tentacle Anemone [Macrodactyla doreensis]

Description
The Long Tentacle Anemone, also known as the Corkscrew Anemone, Sand Anemone, or Red Base Anemone, has tentacles that are elongated and taper to a point. Its oral disc is often red, while its tentacles usually vary in shades of purple, blue, green, and brown. This anemone prefers to bury its base in the sand, with its tentacles and oral disc protruding above the substrate. It is known for its symbiotic relationship with clownfish, which often take refuge among its tentacles.
