Description
Eleotris Picta is a species of fish in the family Eleotridae known by the common name Spotted Sleeper. It is native to the marine and brackish waters of the tropical and subtropical western Atlantic Ocean. The Spotted Sleeper inhabits both marine and brackish waters, and is typically found in estuaries, lagoons, and rivers. It is a demersal species that happens to be nocturnal and predatory. Distinguished by its brownish color and several rows of small dark spots.
