Bully Sleeper [Gobiomorphus cotidianus]
Description
The Bully Sleeper, or Gobiomorphus cotidianus, is a species of goby found in freshwater rivers and lakes in New Zealand. They are small, typically growing to about 10 cm in length. These fish are nocturnal and feed on small crustaceans and insect larvae. They are characterized by their dark coloration, often with yellow or orange spots, and their large, protruding eyes.
