Deep Sea Sole [Embassichthys bathybius]
Description
The Deep Sea Sole is a species of flatfish in the family Pleuronectidae. It is found in the North Pacific, from the Sea of Okhotsk and Bering Sea to Baja California in Mexico. The species has an elongated body, with a small head and mouth. It is brownish-gray in color and feeds on bottom-dwelling invertebrates.
