Bloch's tongue sole [Paraplagusia blochii]
Description
A species of tonguefish. It is commonly found in the Indo-Pacific region including the Red Sea. This species is a marine, demersal fish, occupying habitats on the ocean floor. It has an elongated body shape and can grow up to 30 cm in length. It feeds primarily on worms, crustaceans and small fish.
