Description
The genus Lophotibis contains the Madagascar Ibis, also known as the White-winged Ibis or the Sicklebill, due to the distinctive shape of its bill. It is the only species within this genus and is characterized by a predominantly dark plumage, with striking white patches on its wings and a long, curved bill.
