Description

Minous, commonly known as brushtail ghouls, are a genus of venomous fish found in the Indo-Pacific region. They are named for their distinctive tail fin, which resembles a brush. These bottom-dwellers utilize their venomous spines for defense while their camouflaged appearance allows them to ambush prey. They inhabit a variety of environments, from sandy and muddy bottoms to rocky and coral reefs.
