PADI unveils PADI PRO + rewards scheme for dive professionals
Published: 7 May 2026
PADI has introduced a new incentive programme designed to reward its professional members for their teaching activity, offering a range of benefits and discounts tied to performance.
The new initiative, called PADI PRO +, is aimed at PADI dive professionals and centres, giving them access to rewards based on their instructional contributions. The programme is intended to recognise the work of professionals who help bring more people into diving and advance diver education.
According to PADI, members enrolled in the scheme can earn points or benefits through their teaching and certification activity. Those rewards can then be used for discounts on selected PADI products and services, creating a system that links professional achievement directly with practical savings.
Supporting active professionals
The launch reflects PADI’s continuing focus on supporting its professional network, from instructors and divemasters to affiliated dive businesses. By tying rewards to training output, the organisation is encouraging professionals to remain active while also offering a tangible return for their efforts.
The programme is positioned as a way to help professionals grow their business, reduce costs and stay engaged with the wider PADI system. For instructors and dive operators working in a competitive market, such incentives may provide additional value beyond standard membership benefits.
Recognition through teaching activity
PADI says the rewards structure is based on the educational role its professionals play within the dive industry. Every course taught and certification issued contributes not only to diver development, but also to the strength of the broader diving community. PADI PRO + is designed to acknowledge that contribution in a more measurable way.
With the new scheme now launched, the training agency is reinforcing the message that professional engagement and student training remain central to the future growth of recreational diving.
