Description

Urticina lofotensis, also known as the Strawberry Anemone or White-spotted Rose Anemone, is a species of sea anemone found in the northern Atlantic Ocean. They are characterized by their large size, red color, and white warts. They prefer hard substrates and can be found at depths ranging from the intertidal zone to 1000 meters. They feed on a variety of organisms, including mussels, barnacles, and crabs.
