Tropical Tanaops [Tanaops tropicus]

Description
Tanaops tropicus is a species in the Tanaidae family. This species is typically found in tropical marine environments, often in sandy or muddy substrates. They are small, with a body length of around 1-2 cm. They have a cylindrical body shape with a distinct rostrum. Not much is known about their behavior due to their small size and the fact that they spend most of their time buried in sediment.
