Tasmanian Cave Shrimp [Pseudocaridinella chiltoni]

Description
The Tasmanian Cave Shrimp is a species of shrimp that is found in the underground waters of Tasmania, Australia. This species has a translucent body that can reach up to 3cm in length. Adapted to life in the dark, it has reduced eyes and a long, slender body. They mostly feed on small particles in the water, such as dead organic matter and microorganisms.
