Description
The Straight-tooth Weasel Shark is a species of weasel shark in the family Hemigaleidae. It is found in the western Pacific Ocean off Taiwan and Japan. This species is known to inhabit shallow, inshore waters over the continental and insular shelves. It is a small shark, typically reaching a length of 70 cm (28 in). It can be distinguished by its long, slender body, and its coloration, which is a uniform grey above and white below.
