Spectacled Guillemot [Cepphus carbo]
Description
The Spectacled Guillemot is a seabird native to the Russian Far East. It has a black body, white oval eye-ring, red legs and a thin dark bill. It is found only around the Sea of Okhotsk and the Kuril Islands, preferring rocky coastlines.
