Description
The Smallthorn sandskate is a species of fish in the family Rajidae. It is found in the southeastern Pacific Ocean, particularly in Chile. The species prefers sandy or muddy substrates at depths between 20 to 500 meters. It is characterized by a short tail and small thorns covering its body.
