Small-Eyed Sand Skate [Psammobatis parvacauda]
Description
The Small-Eyed Sand Skate is a species of fish in the family Rajidae. It is found in the southwestern Atlantic Ocean off Argentina. It prefers muddy or sandy substrates in coastal areas and can be found at depths of up to 170 meters. It is recognized by its relatively small eyes and its short, thick tail.
