Description
Filifera elegans, commonly known as the Sea Plume, is a species of soft coral. It is usually found in tropical and subtropical waters, particularly in the Caribbean Sea. It is easily recognized by its tree-like structure, with a tall, slender stalk that branches out into numerous small plumes. The Sea Plume is often a purple or pink color and is an important part of many reef ecosystems.
