Description
Roughskin Spurdog is a species of Squaliformes in the family Squalidae. They inhabit the oceanic and outer continental shelves from the surface to about 1,000 m. The species is known for its rough skin and long, tapering body. Its color varies from dark grey to brown. The Roughskin Spurdog is ovoviviparous, with females giving birth to live pups after the eggs hatch internally.
