Rough squat lobster [Munida rugosa]

Description
The Rough squat lobster is a species of squat lobster found in the northeast Atlantic and the Mediterranean Sea. They inhabit depths from 15 to 800 meters. They are recognized by their rough, densely granulated exoskeleton with color ranging from reddish to yellowish. They are a scavenging species, feeding mainly on the carcasses of dead animals.
