Rough Parchment Worm [Pseudonotopygos kryptos]

Description
Pseudonotopygos kryptos, commonly known as the Rough Parchment Worm, is a marine species found in the coasts of New Zealand. It has a segmented, elongated body, typically brownish-red in color. It resides in burrow systems in soft sediments. This species is detritus feeder, consuming organic particles from the sediments.
