Description
Agononida incerta, commonly known as the Robust Wire Coral Shrimp, is a species of decapod crustacean in the family Galatheidae. It is found in the Indo-Pacific region, from the Red Sea and East Africa to Hawaii, Tuamotu, and the Austral Islands. Its habitat is mainly on coastal and upper slopes, with a depth range of 10 - 400 m. It has a typical galatheid body shape but is distinguished by its robust body. The species is of a red-brown color with white spots.
