Description
Robust grenadier (Nezumia liolepis) inhabit the deep waters of the North Pacific Ocean, from the Bering Sea to the Sea of Japan. This species tends to live in depths ranging from 200 to 1,000 meters. They have a compressed, elongated body, with a dark brown color. This species is characterized by a large eye and a small mouth with sharp teeth.
