Peppered Moray [Gymnothorax pictus]
Description
The Peppered Moray is a species of marine fish in the family Muraenidae. It is found in the Indo-West Pacific region and Red Sea. It is a small size fish that can reach a maximum size of 50 cm length. Its body is elongated with a beige color covered by numerous black dots. It is nocturnal and hides in crevices during the day, and hunts small fish and invertebrates at night.
