Description
The Pajama Cardinalfish, also known as the Spotted Cardinalfish, is a small tropical marine fish that is native to the Western Pacific Ocean. This species is known for its unique coloration, with a silver front, a black 'stripe' in the middle and a spotted orange rear. They are nocturnal and prefer to hide in coral reefs during the day, coming out to feed on plankton and small crustaceans at night. They are also known for being mouthbrooders, with males carrying the eggs in their mouths until they hatch.
