Description
The Pacific Flatworm, Vitellosiphon pacificus, is another species in the Vitellosiphon genus. This species is smaller than its relative, the Marine Flatworm, and is identifiable by its unique pattern of white and dark brown stripes. The Pacific Flatworm can be found in the Pacific Ocean, in areas ranging from the coast of California to the waters off Japan. It typically lives in sandy or muddy habitats and feeds on small crustaceans and other invertebrates.
