Description
Koepcke's Sphaeronectes is a species of hydrozoans that are mostly found in the South Atlantic Ocean. They are characterized by a transparent bell that is slightly flat at the top. The bell can grow up to 2.5 cm in diameter. They are usually found near the surface of the water where they feed on small planktonic organisms.
