Japanese Triton [Charonia sauliae]

Description
The Japanese Triton is a species of sea snail native to the waters around Japan. It has a large, spirally twisted shell that is typically pale in color, and can reach up to 20 cm in length. It inhabits rocky and coral reef environments, where it preys predominantly on starfish.
