East Pacific Rise limpet [Lepetodrilus tevnianus]

Description
This species is found along the East Pacific Rise. It is similar in appearance and behavior to other species in its genus. It has a small, white, conical shell and feeds on bacteria. It is able to survive in the extreme conditions of hydrothermal vents.
