Description
The Blue Triangle Crab, scientifically known as Trapezia tigrina, is a small marine crab usually measuring up to 2 centimeters in size. They are primarily found in the coral reefs of the Indo-Pacific region. Its body has a characteristic triangular shape with a blue hue. These crabs live in a mutualistic relationship with corals, feeding on various parasites and protecting the corals from sea star predation.
