Description
The Blackchin Guitarfish is a species of ray in the family Rhinobatidae. They inhabit the Eastern Atlantic, from Morocco to Namibia, and the Mediterranean Sea. They are usually found in shallow waters up to 50 meters deep, often buried in sand or mud. The Blackchin Guitarfish has a broad, flat snout and body, and a long, slender tail.
