Beluga Sturgeon [Huso huso]

Description

The beluga sturgeon is known for being one of the largest fish in the world, capable of reaching lengths of up to 7 meters and weights of more than 1,000 kg. It is native to the Caspian and Black Sea basins, but has been critically endangered due to overfishing and habitat loss. This sturgeon is famous for producing the finest caviar.
