Atlantic Spiny Lophiiform [Malthopsis tiarella]
Description
This species is similar in appearance to the Pacific Spiny Lophiiform, but is distinguished by its distribution in the Atlantic Ocean. It is found in deep sea environments, typically at depths of 200 to 800 meters.
