Description
Limnocnida indica, known as the Asian Freshwater Jellyfish, is a hydrozoan species found in various freshwater bodies in Asia. This species is also one of the few known species of freshwater jellyfish. It is similar to its African cousin in size and appearance, with a small and transparent bell and short, barely visible tentacles. It is found in slow-moving or stagnant water bodies and is adapted to survive in varying water conditions.
