Description

The Venustus Angelfish is a rare species found in the western Pacific Ocean, mainly around Japan and the Ogasawara Islands. It is known for its distinct coloration, featuring a yellow anterior and blue posterior separated by a black vertical band. This species inhabits rocky reefs and caves in deep waters and is noted for its elusive nature. Its diet mainly consists of sponges and tunicates.
