Sydney's Pygmy Seahorse [Idiotropiscis lumnitzeri]
Description
Sydney's pygmy seahorse is native to the southeastern coast of Australia. It inhabits coastal waters, particularly areas with soft corals and sponges. This species is quite small, reaching a maximum length of about 2.4 cm. It has a distinct coloration, usually pink or brown with a network of fine white lines covering the body.
