Bopyrella Parasitic Isopod [Bopyrella aristae]

Description
Bopyrella aristae is a species of parasitic isopods in the family Bopyridae. It is known to infest the gills of the shrimp Aristeus antennatus. The adult female isopod lives in the gill chamber of the host shrimp, while the male is much smaller and lives attached to the female. The species is characterized by its oval shape, small size, and light brown color.
