Smooth Pencil Worm [Pseudonotopygos smoothii]

Description
Smooth Pencil Worms are deep-sea organisms with a smooth, slender body. They generally live in soft, deep-sea sediments, burrowing and feeding on detritus. They are distinguishable from the Roughback Pencil Worm by their smooth skin and slightly lighter coloration.
