Description
Letter Olive is a species of sea snail native to the southeastern coast of the United States, from North Carolina to Texas. It has a smooth, glossy shell with intricate brown and white markings that resemble letters or numbers. It is nocturnal and burrows in sand or mud during the day, emerging at night to feed on small invertebrates.
