Thala [Thala]
Description
Thala includes a variety of sea snail species known for their small, often colorfully patterned shells. These gastropods are found in warm marine waters, where they live on or under sandy substrates. Thala species are predatory, feeding on small invertebrates. Their shells are characterized by short conical shapes with vibrant patterns, differing significantly from the elongated forms seen in many other Mitridae genera.
