Description
Tilesina is a genus of sea poachers in the Agonidae family. These small, armored fish are unique among poachers for their relatively smooth skin and lack of spines. They inhabit the North Pacific, especially around Japan, residing on sandy or muddy bottoms where they feed on small invertebrates.
