Description
Triplofusus, commonly known as horse conchs, are a genus of large marine snails. These snails have sturdy, elongated shells with a pointed spire and a siphonal canal. They are active predators, feeding on bivalves and other snails. Horse conchs are found in shallow to deep waters of the Atlantic Ocean, notably around the coast of Florida.
