Description

The Aprion genus comprises the Green Jobfish, a solitary species known for its striking greenish-blue coloration and elongated body. Inhabiting tropical and subtropical waters of the Indo-Pacific, these snappers prefer outer reef slopes and deep lagoons. They are highly valued for sport fishing and commercial fisheries, thanks to their strong fight and excellent taste.
