Zebra Parrotfish [Calotomus zonarchus]
Description
The Zebra Parrotfish, or Calotomus zonarchus, is a species of parrotfish found in the western Indian Ocean. It is known for its striking pattern of vertical dark and light stripes, resembling a zebra. It inhabits coral reefs and feeds on algae. Like other parrotfish, it can change sex from female to male.
