Yellowband angelfish [Apolemichthys xanthotis]
Description
The Yellowband angelfish is a species of marine ray-finned fish, a marine angelfish belonging to the family Pomacanthidae. It is found in the Indian Ocean from the eastern coast of Africa, where it occurs from Kenya to South Africa, east into the Pacific Ocean as far as the Line Islands and the Tuamoto Islands, north to southern Japan and south to Australia.
