White Sea Hydroid [Tubularia larynx]

Description
White Sea Hydroid or Tubularia larynx is a species of marine cnidarian in the family Tubulariidae. It is indigenous to the northern Atlantic Ocean. Its polyps grow in colonies and have a unique red color. The polyps are tubular, with the oral end having two types of tentacles, the larger ones have nematocysts that can be used to capture prey.
