Echinodictyum album, also known as the White Sea Fan, is a soft coral species found in the Western Pacific, from Japan to Australia. They inhabit deeper, cooler waters typically between 20-30 meters deep. They are characterized by their stark white color and fan-like shape. The coral feeds by capturing plankton and organic matter from the water using their polyps.
