Description
The White Ghost Crab, or Chioneryx albus, is a species of ghost crab native to the sandy beaches of the Indo-Pacific. It is most notable for its bright white coloration, which allows it to blend into its sandy habitat. This species is nocturnal and spends most of the day burrowed in the sand. It emerges at night to feed on a variety of organic matter, including detritus, algae, and small invertebrates.
