Tube-Dwelling Annelid [Cirriformia grandis]
Description
The Tube-Dwelling Annelid is a large marine worm species that constructs a tube from sand and mucus in which it resides. It is found in a variety of marine environments from the intertidal zone to the deep sea. It is a filter feeder, using tentacles to capture food particles from the water column.
